The Graduate School of Culture (GSC) was established in 2006 in order to provide pioneering graduate programs for creative professionals, who will work in various fields of culture and arts. The GSC provides the following three master’s programs (MA): 1) Arts and Culture Planning 2) Cultural Management and Tourism 3) Media Content & Culture Technology.

The GSC has been undergoing many positive changes recently. In 2014, the Department of Cultural Studies as a doctoral program (for a Ph.D. degree) was launched. In 2020, a university-approved research institute named the Cultural Convergence Research Institute with the mission of "Activation and Globalization of Cultural Convergence Research and Development" was also opened.
